The Muse

The Muse consists of 4 36,000 sq ft three-story flats style apartments and 33 three-story cottages that include a total of 218 bedrooms for Western Kentucky University Students. Building features include post tensioned foundations, wood framing, standing seam roofing, Hardie board siding, luxury vinyl tile flooring, fully furnished units. The project also includes resort style swimming pool, club space, fitness area and community pavilion.
