The Club at Olde Stone 2022 Club House Expansion

The project consisted of complete “turn-key” design-build project on a critical schedule. The owner approached Scott, Murphy and Daniel in September of 2021for this addition and had to be completed by July 1st of 2022. A US Golf Association/Women’s PGA tour event was being hosted in July and construction had to be completed for the event. Scott, Murphy & Daniel beat this schedule and completed on June 1, 2022, while the club remained fully functional. Included in the project was a basement containing storage, staff locker rooms, restrooms, coolers and freezers, the main dining floor was a state-of-the-art open show kitchen and formal dining, and a full remodel of a sitting room to convert into a sports lounge. The roof top area is porcelain tile floors, glass hand railing roof top bar, seating areas and a fully operational pergola system. Carpeting was also replaced throughout the entire facility while open to private members.
