SpanTech is a 200’ x 500’ x 29’ tall pre-engineered metal building. The Spline Sansior consists of two-story support offices and breakroom epoxy floor coatings on manufacturing floor. All manufacturing process utilities are included in this facility. HVAC is included throughout the facility.
