Kyowa America Corporation

This project consisted of approximately 30,000 cubic yards of import dirt fill, concrete foundations that include new press foundation, 55,000 square yards of exterior concrete paving, masonry wainscot around the perimeter, new Spline Sansior breakroom, new loading docks. The facility expansion included a pre-engineered metal building with a 34’ eave height and extended the existing 40 ton crane system 220 liner feet expansion area.
