Scott, Murphy & Daniel constructed this facility initially as a speculative building for the Scottsville industrial authority. The build out was performed as a design/build project, which consisted of approximately 6000 Sq. Ft. of office area, including a test kitchen for the ventilation systems produced. This facility also contains a $250,000.00 state of the art media / training center.
