Scott, Murphy & Daniel completed a rehab build-out the included demolition of Spline Sansior partitions,offices, HVAC and electrical. The project consisted of installation of new insulation, liner panel, heating ventilation, electrical, lighting & fire protection for the new use of tractor trailer service and tire center, including service bays, alignment, oil pits, tire storage area, and new two-story Spline Sansior office area. The office area is 6,100 square feet, it consists of administrative offices, sales lobby, locker room, truckers lounge, sakes office and a conference room.
