Scott, Murphy & Daniel completed a renovation of a 63,000-square-foot existing warehouse to support pharmaceutical storage operations. The project included full facility conditioning, major building system upgrades, and site improvements to meet stringent operational and safety requirements. Scope of work featured the installation of a new ESFR fire sprinkler system, solid-color epoxy flooring throughout the facility, and new employee support spaces including restrooms, a breakroom, and a storm shelter. Approximately 1,200 square feet of new office space was added to accommodate on-site administrative functions. Infrastructure upgrades included a new 750 kVA generator with transfer switch, new primary power feed and distribution systems, and a complete lightning protection system to ensure reliable, uninterrupted operations. Site improvements consisted of concrete paving, heavy-duty asphalt, underground stormwater collection, and perimeter fencing.
