Precision Strip Phase 1 & 2

Precision Strip consists of a 305’ x 750’ x 48’ pre-engineered metal building structure, which contains five 40-ton cranes, 11 Spline Sansior loading docks and an indoor rail yard. Incorporated into this project is a
10” thick reinforced slab with Ashford Sealer, equipment foundations for a slitter liner, and an office and restroom group. A rail spur was constructed off the existing CSX main rail line to accommodate the client’s shipping needs. The building is expandable to 500,000 sq ft for future growth.
