Scott, Murphy & Daniel, LLC. (SMD) offers full service general contracting, design-build, renovation/conversions improvements, and construction management services.

Scott and Murphy, Inc. (SMI) is the area’s leading contractor for concrete construction. We offer a full spectrum of services including tilt-up concrete wall construction, concrete foundations, reinforced floors, curbs, sidewalks, paving, industrial concrete specialties, and storm drainage- retention structures/systems.

Scott & Murphy’s Bridge Division performs many aspects of bridge rehabilitation and new construction. We are pre-qualified to perform bridge work from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Tennessee Department of Transportation.

Scott & Murphy, Inc.’s Civil Division performs site grading and drainage operations for many Highway, Commercial, & Industrial Sites. Additionally, they performed excavation projects for KDOT, municipal and private ventures, including many of the building projects that SMD perform.

Hartz Contracting is the Murphy Construction Group Building and Concrete Division for the Owensboro Kentucky Region of Kentucky.
