US Tsubaki was a design-build project primarily consisting of 27,500 sq ft of new offices space, 225,800 sq ft of manufacturing and production space. this facility is a greenfield site with all new
site utilities, roadways and overall land development. The main building is a pre-engineered metal building with CMU wainscot and metal siding on the production area and pre-cast concrete panel walls for the office’s areas. The production floors are epoxy finished and office spaces were finished out with LVP, ceramic tile, and quartz epoxy. The building is fully conditioned and LED lighting throughout the building.
