Metalsa Structural Products, Inc. Hydroform Plant Expansion

Heavy conventional steel structure with TPO roof system, 22 ga. concealed fastener exterior metal wall panels, and 8’ high CMU masonry wainscot. Building features include (2) crane bays with one 50 metric ton crane in each bay, process concrete foundations for (2) each stamping presses, (1) roll form line, and scrap conveyor trenches. Concrete floor slab design included 10” and 12” thick slabs with iron mountain trap rock topping and diamond hard compound sealer.
