Kobelco Phase 1 – Office and Fabrication Plant #1

The greenfield site was developed for a 49,394 sq ft office and manufacturing facility. Sitework included all new sire utilities, roadways, and parking lots. The facility contained 9,694 sq ft new office space. the office space included breakrooms, vendor meeting rooms, conference rooms, executive offices, cubical work areas, restrooms, and locker rooms both of which were built to also serve as severe weather shelters. The manufacturing space contained an aging oven foundation system, all LED lighting, the structure was designed as an approximate future crane system. The project was completed on time and under budget.
