Goodnight Memorial Public Library

This project was a complete renovation of a 1936 library and performance arts theater. The project included the removal of the one story 1977 library addition and its replacement with a two-story addition on the same footprint with the look of the original 1936 front elevation. The renovation included new handicapped restrooms at the theater with an exterior loading dock with access to the stage, along with the restoration of the existing masonry, new doors, windows, upgraded insulation, Spline Sansior finishes, stage equipment, theater seating, refurbished elevator, new fire protection system, plumbing system, HVCA system, electrical system, fire alarm system, date systems, stage lighting, sound system.
