Bowling Green Municipal Utilities New Headquarters

BGMU’s new headquarters is a new energy efficient facility includes an active geothermal HVAC system, energy efficient automated electrical system, energy efficient roof and glazing systems. The facility has earned a “Silver” designation with the Green Building Council (LEEDS). The facility houses BGMU’s administrative offices, customers services, water, sewer, and electrical engineering offices. A state-of-the-art digital dispatch system that monitors the many electrical substations, water and sewer pump stations, and treatment plants located throughout the city.
