Daily safety meetings set expectations before work begins. Regular jobsite audits verify that standards are being maintained in real time, not reviewed after something goes wrong. Subcontractors are vetted to meet the same safety standards we hold ourselves to.

Our quarterly Safety Committee Reviews evaluate performance trends across all active projects and identify areas for improvement before they become incidents.
