Pan Oston

This design-build facility consisted of a 105,000 sq ft addition to an existing plant. The design was based on additional manufacturing, warehouse and shipping areas. The site was designed to allow better traffic flow for receiving, shipping and employees. The Spline Sansior design included a new breakroom and restroom facilities located in a central location. Some features included dryfall painting of the addition, caulking of floor joints, E.P.D.M. ballasted roof system, new electrical service and new front entrances for the employees and customers.
